December 5, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Zion Fellowship Hall. Menu includes: Homemade Vegetable Soup, Homemade Ham Sandwiches, and a Homemade Dessert. Volunteers needed the day of the event and to donate homemade goodies.

November 22 - December 24, Barnes & Noble- Evansville, South Green River Road, WORLD AIDS DAY SERVICE IS ON DEC 1 The annual World AIDS Day Service will be held at 5:30pm at 1st Presbyterian Church, 609 SE 2nd Street, Downtown Evansville, on Monday, Dec. 1. This is part of an international recognition of the impact of HIV and AIDS. A reception will be held from 5-6pm in our lobby, and Rev. Phil Hoy will speak at a 15 minute AIDS candlelight vigil in the Courtyard. Volunteers are needed to bring desserts or appetizers for the reception. December 13, 2014 HOLIDAY POPS. Pops will take place at the Henderson Fine Arts Center on at 7 p.m. The A.B. Chandler Children’s Choir will be gracing us with their sweet voices and the Owensboro Symphony will take the stage at 7:30. All proceeds benefit Habitat for Humanity ! A silent auction will begin at about 6:20 and going through intermission.
We are stronger together. The Evansville Tri-State Association of the United Church of Christ will hold church strengthening session on January 10, 2015 from 8:30 AM to Noon at Bethlehem UCC, 6400 Oak Hill Road, Evansville. Designed for congregational leaders and open to all, the cost is $10 a church. Mr. Gayle Uebelhor will be our facilitator. We are working on tech options for those at a distance.
